Microsoft Ready is a global field-readiness event that the company runs twice a year for employees. Its purpose is education and networking among employees. In July 2017, Las Vegas hosted Ready. In addition to the keynotes, sessions, and social functions you’d expect from this type of event, Ready provides employees a lot of really good hands-on labs (HOLs).

Feeling ambitious, we produced several HOLs for Ready on the Learn on Demand Systems platform. We designed these labs to promote Windows 10 value propositions, but they included many Microsoft technologies, as well, including Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Intune, System Center Configuration Manager, Office 365, and Windows Server 2016.

HOL topics

  • Azure AD for a remote workforce
