This animation introduces Windows 365 Cloud PC, then zooms in on workflow-driven delivery with ServiceNow. Users request a cloud PC directly inside Microsoft Teams, triggering an approval workflow that assigns a Windows 365 license and notifies the requester when provisioning is complete. The core message is that behind every great user experience is a great workflow—and ServiceNow lets you customize Windows 365 workflows so users can provision their own cloud PCs right inside Teams.
We produced this one like a smooth self-serve experience—because that’s the point. We kept the story centered on the user journey (request in Teams, approval, license assignment, confirmation), then used animation timing that mirrors the workflow: clear steps, zero drama, satisfying closure. Voiceover stays direct, music stays out of the way, and sound design makes the transitions feel intentional. After review loops, we delivered the final with closed captions, audio description, and thumbnails.
