This film introduces The Garage-Atlanta, then takes “The Garage meets the garage” literally—LeAndra Jordan visits Neka King at Straight to Tell studio. Neka shares the news: she was invited to create a mural in Microsoft’s Atlanta space at Atlantic Yards. From there, she gets specific about how her murals come to life—concept to design, projection for layout, then the satisfying “paint by numbers” stage with headphones on and the wall doing its best to behave. She also describes a community mural in Atlanta’s West End featuring civil rights leaders (including Joseph E. Lowery), and the joy of painting something meant to serve the people who live right there.
We produced this as an upbeat, community-forward artist story—planned carefully, executed calmly, and finished with real polish. Preproduction set the narrative and visual beats, production kept the shoot fun and focused, and post delivered the shine: line cut first, then a polished edit, color processing, and sound design that keeps the momentum. As always, we deliver the full launch bundle—captions, audio description, and thumbnails.
