This video frames the hybrid workplace shift—office, home, everywhere—and explains why strong digital employee experiences boost productivity and retention. It positions Microsoft Teams as the “digital office,” then introduces Microsoft Viva as Microsoft’s employee experience platform that meets people in the flow of work across Teams and Microsoft 365 surfaces like Office.com, SharePoint, Microsoft Search, and Bing. It highlights Viva Insights (privacy-protected personal insights and well-being recommendations, plus opportunities to enrich patterns by mapping Viva data with signals from apps like Zoom and survey tools like Glint), Viva Learning (a central hub for learning in Microsoft 365 with partner libraries including Cornerstone on Demand, SAP SuccessFactors, and Saba), and Viva Connections (a single destination for news, conversations, resources, and HR tasks). The video emphasizes Viva’s extensibility—using Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Framework, adaptive cards, JSON, and interactive dashboard cards to drive engagement back into partner solutions—and closes by encouraging partners to use the Microsoft Partner Program and pointing viewers to developer.microsoft.com/viva.

We produced this as a crisp, story-led demo that keeps the message clear and the pace moving. Preproduction focused on tightening the narrative and structuring the feature flow so each Viva module earns its screen time; production paired professional voiceover with clean, intentional visuals and music; and post shaped it into an easy watch that helps viewers remember the “why” (better employee experiences) and the “how” (integrations via Graph, SPFx, and adaptive cards). Final delivery includes closed captions, audio description, and thumbnails.
