This end-user tutorial introduces Viva Connections in Microsoft Teams as a “digital gateway” to the intranet and employee experience. It shows the main areas of the desktop experience: company-curated global navigation links, a dashboard of interactive cards (examples include scheduling a well-being day or viewing a holiday calendar), and a personalized feed that surfaces Yammer conversations, SharePoint news, and Stream videos. Viewers also see that feed items open inside Teams and support lightweight engagement—like, comment, or save for later—plus quick access to intranet resources and personalized content such as followed sites and recommended news.
We produced this as a friendly, momentum-forward tour—simple language, clean visuals, and a narration style that makes the experience feel approachable instead of “corporate portal-ish.” In post, we kept the flow tight and the UI readable so viewers walk away knowing exactly where to click and what they’ll get out of it. Final delivery includes closed captions, audio description, and thumbnails.
