This demo introduces the Virtual Appointments app in Microsoft Teams, highlighting how the experience can vary based on your role—admins see organizational-level information. It also shows how to align the app with your brand by applying your organization’s colors, logo, and background image, with custom themes configured in the Teams admin center.
We produced this as a clean, easy-to-watch demo—starting with preproduction to lock the goals and script the flow, then capturing polished screens with professional voiceover and music, and finishing in post with tight editing and clear pacing. The payoff: a demo that feels confident and production-ready, keeps attention on what matters, and helps viewers actually remember the important bits (instead of the mouse doing interpretive dance).
