This demo shows how to schedule a webinar in Microsoft Teams, with a spotlight on the extra capabilities unlocked by Teams Premium. Starting in the Teams calendar, it walks through creating a webinar, inviting internal and external presenters, choosing who can access the event page and register (public vs. org-only), and sending invites. From there it dives into the good stuff: editing presenter bios (names, social links, descriptions), applying theming (banner, logo, theme color), configuring registration options like manual approval, waitlists, and registration windows, setting capacity and extra registration fields, customizing webinar emails (registration, cancellation, reminders) with personalization variables and previews, and finishing in meeting options with controls like manage what attendees see and hiding attendee names/photos—then publishing the event and sharing the registration link.
We produced this as a polished, paced-for-humans demo—preproduction to nail the goals and script every click, production to capture clean screens with pro voiceover and music, and post to tighten the flow so the product stays the star. The result is a clear, engaging walkthrough that makes Teams Premium features easy to understand, easy to remember, and—suspiciously—easy to watch.
