This demo shows how to create custom policy packages in the Microsoft Teams admin center using Teams Premium. It walks through opening admin.teams.microsoft.com, going to Policy packages, and adding a new package to bundle your own policies for users with similar roles. The video then demos naming the package, choosing a policy type (Meeting policy in the example), selecting a policy name (Contoso general user policy), adding additional policy types as needed, saving, and assigning the finished package to individuals or groups.
We produced this as a streamlined, easy-to-watch product demo—starting with preproduction to understand the feature, nail the messaging, and script the exact click path. In production, we captured clean screens, recorded professional voiceover, and paired it with music that keeps the pace moving. In post, we tightened the edit and removed distractions so your audience focuses on the key steps and remembers what matters, delivering final assets with captions, audio description, and thumbnails.
