This video spotlights Microsoft Viva Onboarding, designed to make “day one” feel less like wandering a new city with a dead phone battery. It positions Viva Onboarding as a single space where managers and HR can assign tasks, build onboarding plans, facilitate meaningful relationships, and gain insight into the onboarding process so it improves every time. The core promise: new hires feel prepared, confident, and connected from the start, while managers save time and create a cohesive experience.
On the production side, we built this film end-to-end: we shaped the narrative for clarity and warmth, storyboarded the flow so the message stays effortless, and then finished with a tight, professional post pass. First comes the line cut that proves the story works, then we add the gloss—polished edit, color processing, and sound design—plus the practical launch extras: captions, audio description, and thumbnails. One-stop shop. Blissfully organized.
