It highlights an easy-to-read news feed for company updates, org-wide discussions that include leadership, and targeting that surfaces content based on attributes like role, location, or job type—plus boosted placement for critical, company-wide messages. It also spotlights partner integrations for mentorship, calling out the Tribute app for mentor matching and mentorship activity right inside Viva Connections, and it notes language preferences so global employees can read content in the language they choose.
