This demo walks through creating a custom Teams meeting policy and assigning it to a specific user. In Meetings > Meeting policies, it selects Add, names a new policy “BroadcastOn,” and configures the targeted setting—turning on Local broadcasting (NDI). After saving the policy, it uses Assign users to open the Manage users pane, searches for a user (Adele Vance), selects her, and applies the assignment. The video also notes that assigned users experience the custom settings unless a higher-priority policy overrides them.
We produced this as a “build it, assign it, done” demo—scripted to keep the flow linear and satisfying. Clean screen recording and confident narration make the policy creation feel straightforward, while the edit focuses attention on the one change viewers care about (broadcasting on) and the one place they must remember (Assign users). Final delivery includes closed captions, audio description, and thumbnails.
