All,

These forums are a user-supported community for my customers, partners, and readers. This community allows the free contribution of content, and I encourage members to assist each other with their questions. I also encourage members to share valuable knowledge any time--requested or not.

Please follow these guidelines for using these forums:

  • I reserve the right to remove any message. I will remove any messages that are not respectful or productive. I will also remove any advertising and service announcements. Don't confuse advertising with recommending a product or service, which I whole-heartedly encouraged.
  • Make sure your question isn't already answered. Before asking a question, search the forums. After ensuring that your question is unique, post your question to the most appropriate forum. This will help reduce noise in the forums.
  • Help make the most of each thread. Please don't post unrelated messages to the same thread. Also, if you've resolved a question outside of these forums, please share the solution with other members by posting it to the thread.
  • Don't share confidential information. Confidential information includes email addresses and product keys. I will remove any message containing a product key, so double-check all files files before posting them. Rather than providing your email address so that members can contact you directly, asking and answering questions in these forums better supports the entire community.

I hope that you enjoy using this community. If you have any suggestions for improving these forums, post them to the Comments, Feedback forum.

Best, Jerry
